1. Nature of Services

McIntyre Life Strategy provides coaching services focused on trauma recovery guidance, life alignment strategy, and faith-integrated mentorship.

Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or legal advice.

No services provided through this website constitute medical, psychological, or clinical treatment.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for services.

By applying, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into agreements.

  • You understand the nature of coaching services.

  • You are voluntarily seeking guidance.

3. No Guarantees

Results vary based on individual effort, honesty, and implementation.

McIntyre Life Strategy does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, emotional breakthroughs, or life changes.

Your progress depends on your commitment and execution.

4. Payment Terms

  • All sessions must be paid in full before confirmation.

  • Packages must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • No refunds are provided for completed sessions.

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

Payment confirms your agreement to these terms.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice is required to reschedule.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of services.

  • Emergency exceptions may be considered at discretion.

Respect for time is mutual.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are treated as private and confidential.

However, confidentiality may be limited if:

  • There is disclosure of intent to harm yourself or others.

  • There is disclosure of abuse involving a minor or vulnerable individual.

  • Disclosure is required by law.

Coaching is not legally protected under therapist-client privilege laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall McIntyre Life Strategy or its owner be liable for:

  • Emotional distress

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Decisions made by clients

  • Outcomes resulting from implementation or non-implementation

You agree to hold McIntyre Life Strategy harmless for actions taken based on coaching discussions.

8. Website Use

All website content, branding, text, and materials are the intellectual property of McIntyre Life Strategy.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit content without written permission.

9. Termination of Services

Services may be terminated if:

  • There is disrespectful behavior.

  • Boundaries are violated.

  • Payment terms are not met.

  • The relationship is no longer productive.

Termination decisions are final.

10. Governing Law
